To decide who gets to sing last in the finale, every year there is a coin toss, and the winner gets to choose when they perform. Blake Lewis won the coin toss, but, he let Jordin choose. After winning Blake said that it didn't really matter to him, so he asked Jordin if she wanted to go first....she said no, and so Jordin will be singing second next week. This might not seem all that important, but 4 out of 5 years the person to go last wins....Anyway, I think that as sweet of Blake to do, even if it does make his chance of winning even slimmer. This is the season of American Idol that seems to break all of the patterns though, so who knows.
