London Weidberg auditioned with Good Morning Heartache. She seemed very boring to me. She seemed very plastic as well. I think we're seeing way to many skinny blonde girls, that can sing average. I really think we need to see something different. So far season 7 has been a bit dissapointing. London Weidberg will fade off into obscurity. Boring, boring, yawn.

London is as far from plastic as you can get. She is sincere, great voice and kind. I had the great pleasure of knowing her and her family while living in Charleston. I think you have only seen the tip of the iceberg about her, she will succeed.

While working for London's grandfather, I had the opportunity to be 'graced' with the typical 'j.a.p./regal aura that the Weidberg family oozes. In my opinion, London gave an o.k. audition, but I don't see an 'Idol' in the making. Terry, her very humble father,would be appauled at London's use of his cancer struggle and death to further herself. You don't see Madison (younger sister with EXTREME talent!) pulling this.

It's not fair to discount singers based on the fact that they all have a similar style (in appearance). London's audition song was different, and because I know her and got to hear her sing all through high school, I know that her talent is amazing. I think she picked the song b/c she didn't want to do the same old thing, which may have hurt her a bit, but she's got talent. Give her a shot.

So what happened with London? Obviously she didn't make it but I didn't see any coverage during the Hollywood rounds. Oh well, she sings at our church and does a dynamite job. Idol isn't the best path of success for everyone.
